📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of legal professionals, ensuring high-quality delivery of legal services.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to enterprise clients, focusing on risk management and compliance.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop proactive strategies to mitigate legal risks.
• Advise on a wide range of legal matters, including contract negotiations, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian business laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored legal solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends, ensuring our clients are well-informed and prepared.
• Monitor and report on legal matters, providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on corporate law and enterprise counseling.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian business laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Proven ability to manage a team of legal professionals and lead complex legal projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Proficiency in using legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and CaseMap.
• Certification in corporate compliance or a related field is a plus.
