📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end sea freight and airfreight shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with international regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to secure and maintain business.
• Negotiate rates, tariffs, and other commercial terms to ensure competitive and profitable shipping solutions.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
• Monitor and track shipments using industry-leading tools like SAP and Sea-Intelligence.
• Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and resolving any issues that arise.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our operations remain efficient and compliant.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and business plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international freight forwarding, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a focus on international markets.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry-leading tools like SAP and Sea-Intelligence is a plus.
• Valid SIM (Shipping and Inland Marine) certification is a plus.
