📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.
• Conduct tax planning and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare and file tax returns, including corporate and personal income tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections, supporting strategic planning and decision-making.
• Maintain and update financial records and documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on accounting and tax-related tasks.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax, with a strong background in financial reporting and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Experience with advanced accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
