📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment, including but not limited to, computers, printers, and network devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our clients, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Provide technical support to our clients, including software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Install and configure new equipment and systems as needed.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our processes and systems.
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that our clients' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Participate in on-call duties to ensure that our clients' technical issues are resolved promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, such as IT support, electronics repair, or mechanical maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of a variety of technical tools and software, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, network troubleshooting tools, and diagnostic software.
• Familiarity with a range of equipment and systems, including computers, printers, and network devices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
