At Optik Melawai, our mission is to provide top-notch eye care services, and we are looking for a dedicated Optical Refraction Specialist to join our team in Denpasar. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye exams, including refraction tests, to determine the best corrective lenses for our clients. You will work closely with our optometrists and other eye care professionals to ensure that each client receives the highest standard of care.
As an Optical Refraction Specialist at Optik Melawai, you will use state-of-the-art equipment such as the Topcon RT-500 and Topcon RT-8000 autorefractors to perform precise refraction tests. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of each client's eye health and vision history. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams, including refraction tests, using state-of-the-art equipment such as the Topcon RT-500 and Topcon RT-8000 autorefractors.
- Determine the best corrective lenses for clients based on refraction test results.
- Maintain accurate records of each client's eye health and vision history.
- Collaborate with optometrists and other eye care professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Provide personalized recommendations for lens options and frame styles.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in eye care technology and techniques.
- Assist in the training and development of new staff members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Optometry or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Optical Refraction Specialist or similar role.
- Certification as an Optician or Optometrist, preferably from a recognized institution such as the American Board of Opticianry (ABO) or the American Optometric Association (AOA).
- Proficient in using autorefractors and other eye care equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
