📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for fuel tanker trucks, ensuring optimal uptime and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of fleet vehicles to identify potential issues and maintenance needs.
• Oversee the repair and servicing of fuel tanker trucks, collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective resolutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning for fleet vehicles.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards for fleet maintenance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the logistics and energy sectors is a plus.
