📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain business process models using tools like ARIS, Bizagi, or similar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business and technology strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of business processes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry standards to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on new processes and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in business architecture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in business architecture or a similar role.
• Certification in TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in using business process modeling tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
