📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize costs.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to sales team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing and sales efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.
