As a Maintenance Planner, you will develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules, conduct regular inspections, and oversee the repair and servicing of our fuel tanker trucks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement maintenance schedules for fuel tanker trucks, ensuring optimal uptime and efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of fleet vehicles to identify potential issues and maintenance needs.
Oversee the repair and servicing of fuel tanker trucks, collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards for fleet maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to manage maintenance contracts and ensure quality service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning for fleet vehicles.
Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar.
Strong knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards for fleet maintenance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the logistics and energy sectors is a plus.
