📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on various topics.,Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during training.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques.,Certification in training and development is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
