📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed successfully.,Maintain a safe and secure work environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.,Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions to ensure that all employees are up-to-date with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in managing a team and improving productivity.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
