📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, deliver, and assess Chinese language lessons tailored to the specific needs of students with special educational needs.,Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the school's special education team.,Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and success.,Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.,Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive student support.,Stay up-to-date with best practices in special education and Chinese language teaching.,Participate in school events and activities to build strong relationships with students and their families.,Adhere to school policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.,Teaching certification or equivalent professional qualifications.,Proven experience teaching Chinese language to students with special educational needs.,Strong knowledge of special education principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.,Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin preferred).,Understanding of and experience with inclusive education practices.
