📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement,Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign ideas and execute them,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted advertising and promotions,Conduct A/B testing to optimize content and improve performance,Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and partners

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,2-4 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for digital marketing,Proficiency in social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar
