NEXA Abadi is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team in Menteng, Jakarta Raya. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.,Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Work with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist with stocktaking and other administrative tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.
