📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.,Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project objectives are met.,Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.,Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.,Provide regular progress reports to senior management and ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders.,Mentor and develop junior project managers to ensure the continued growth and success of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction projects.,Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required standards.,Strong understanding of Indonesian construction industry, including local regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
