📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and counsel to the department on matters related to urban development and human settlements.,Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.,Represent the department in legal proceedings and negotiations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.,Conduct legal research and stay updated on legal developments in the field of urban development.,Develop and implement legal strategies to support the department's objectives.,Mentor and guide junior legal staff.,Collaborate with other government agencies and stakeholders to achieve common goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law.,At least 10 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in the field of urban development or public law.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Philippine laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in government sector legal roles is a plus.,Familiarity with legal software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
