📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide high-quality business support to clients and internal teams, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve issues and find effective solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business transactions and activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and ICT.
  • Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business support or customer service role, preferably in the logistics or ICT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and ICT systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
  • Previous experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
