📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage and track sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.

  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand our market reach.
  • Provide training and support to junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance.

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Valid Class 3 License for freight forwarding operations.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
