In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain company servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure.,Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability.,Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Implement and maintain security measures to protect company data.,Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and implement new solutions as needed.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless operation of IT systems.,Document all IT processes and procedures for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.,Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
