📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong network with potential candidates and industry professionals.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Manage and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and ATS.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
