Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions to ensure we are hiring for the right roles.Screen and interview candidates to assess their fit for the role and our culture.Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback.Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.Ability to travel as required for interviews and meetings.🛠️ Keahlian
