As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the company's needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of procurement principles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Analyze procurement data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations for management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
