Betterplace Property Management and Real Estate is seeking a dedicated Pool and Garden Supervisor to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supervising the pool and garden areas of our properties. You will ensure that these areas are clean, well-maintained, and attractive to our clients and guests. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of pool and garden areas,Ensure that all equipment and machinery are in good working condition,Supervise and coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff,Ensure that all safety protocols are followed,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues,Maintain records of all maintenance activities and inspections,Ensure that the pool and garden areas are clean and well-maintained,Ensure that the pool and garden areas are attractive and welcoming to clients and guests

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in pool and garden maintenance,Knowledge of pool and garden safety protocols,Strong leadership and supervisory skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with relevant equipment and machinery,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Ability to lift and move heavy objects
