📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed production plans and schedules using advanced planning tools such as SAP and Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between production plans and business objectives.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and reduce downtime.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production planning.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes.
• Provide training and support to junior planning staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and scheduling in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
• Proven expertise in using SAP and Microsoft Project for planning and scheduling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related process improvement methodology is a plus.
• Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
