📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Monitor and patrol the facility to prevent and detect security breaches.

Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

Investigate and report security incidents to management.

Maintain and update security records and documentation.

Coordinate with law enforcement agencies as needed.

Provide training and support to security staff.

Ensure the safety of visitors and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related role.

Knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.

Proficiency in using security equipment and software.

Valid security clearance and certification.

Fluency in Indonesian and English.
