📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of production operations to ensure efficient and effective workflow.,Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of quality.,Develop and implement production schedules, budgets, and resource plans to optimize productivity and profitability.,Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and quality.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with overall business objectives.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistent product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the production industry.,Proven experience in leading and developing production teams.,Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and resource management.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
