Leaf Port Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. You will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure that our learning initiatives align with the company's strategic goals.

This is a full-time position based in Kebumen, Jawa Tengah, with a competitive salary package of Rp 21.000.000 – Rp 30.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to ensure that learning initiatives are well-received and impactful.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's learning and development strategy.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant tools.
  • Certifications in learning and development or related fields are a plus.
