📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee staff performance and provide training and development opportunities.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage store finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.,Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
