📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports on store performance.,Participate in store promotions and events to enhance customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with retail management software is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
