📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure high standards of service are maintained.,Oversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Maintain a safe and secure working environment for all staff and customers.,Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team in a service-oriented environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Knowledge of local laws and regulations relevant to the industry.,Experience with POS systems and other relevant software is a plus.
