📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and hiring process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.,Manage employee relations to foster a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and engagement.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and disputes to maintain a harmonious workplace.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a retail or corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
