📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process from warehouse to customer delivery.,Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.,Maintain and update inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to meet distribution targets.,Monitor and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints or issues.,Collaborate with drivers and delivery personnel to ensure safe and efficient deliveries.,Participate in regular inventory audits and quality checks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.,Familiarity with route optimization software is a plus.
