🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in business operations, HR, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of business operations principles and practices.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Proven track record of driving operational excellence and improving processes.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
