Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently,Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth,Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees,Attend and participate in company meetings and events as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role,Proven track record of success in sales, operations, or a related field,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
