📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the boutique’s sales floor, ensuring a welcoming and efficient shopping experience for customers
• Collaborate with stylists and sales associates to provide personalized shopping recommendations
• Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the boutique manager
• Assist in the organization of fashion shows, pop-up events, and other promotional activities
• Maintain a clean and organized boutique environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail software, such as Lightspeed or Square
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to attend fashion events and trade shows
