Bit Star Berjaya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Business Development to join our dynamic team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our business development efforts and helping us achieve our growth objectives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Support the sales team in preparing and presenting proposals to potential clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Maintain and update client databases and sales records.,Assist in the organization and execution of business development events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the business development team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
